All prices shown on this website are correct for the faults and problems listed. Akita
Consoles would like to point out that on occasions there may be other faults with your console apart
from the ones that you can see. If this is the case Akita Consoles will contact you with a free quote
for the cost of fixing your console. If you feel that the cost is not practical, we will return the item
to you using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The return cost of postage must be paid before sending
your console; you can pay using PayPal from this website or by sending a payment via PayPal to firstname.lastname@example.org
Akita Consoles will give a two month warranty on all repairs. Akita Consoles
will replace any faulty parts or correct any problems with your console providing the problem is the
same as the original problem we had repaired. We reserve the right to not warranty any console
that has been abused, or has physical or liquid damage. We also recommend that all consoles are
sent to us in good packaging and are insured for damage in transit. We recommend Royal Mail
Special Delivery for small consoles and Parcels2Go for larger consoles.
Condition of Consoles.
When we receive a console we look for any marks or damage to the casing and take photographs of the casing. We do the same before we dispatch your repaired console. This is to ensure that any damage that may be caused in return transit is not blamed on us. We always use good packaging and insure your console against damage in return transit.
